Video: What is Office 365 from a developer's perspective?

Office 365 is Microsoft’s cloud offering for productivity and collaboration software. It has versions suitable for all organizations and businesses… large, medium, and small.

But what does the Office 365 technology stack offer the developer? Isn’t it just the usual “information worker” aspects of Office 2010, SharePoint 2010, Exchange 2010 and a few others (i.e. Lync 2010) or is there more to it?

As promised, in the intro to the first video of our Office 365 series, this video provides an overview of Office 365 from the developer’s perspective.

After watching this video you will have a better understanding of technology involved, what’s different, what’s the same, etc… that is if you pay attention.

If you hit the start button and then start coding, talk on the phone, or read something else… well, I won’t be able to help you. So don’t do that! Hit the Start button and focus for roughly 4 minutes. I promise it will be worth it.
