On our website you can find the complete information about our products including sample add-ins with source code, the HOWTOs section, and Developer Guides and Class References. Still if you have any further questions feel free to ask us via our forums or e-mail (you can find our e-mail address in the registration message). For us to give you a quick and accurate solution please include information on the following:

• The problem, and how it can be reproduced (if applicable)
• The edition and the version of our product that you use
• Your operating system (95, 98, 2000, ME, XP or NT) and localization
• Host application version, localization, and service packs that you have installed
• Your development tool, its version and build number
• Any other information you think may be helpful
• Your ICQ ID or e-mail address for MSN/Windows Messenger

We don't answer questions related to COM development and to host application object models. This option is available for Premium Support Service Subscribers only.

When contacting our support service via e-mail, make sure you use the same e-mail address that you used while purchasing our products otherwise our automated support email software will not be able to recognize you as a registered user. This may result in slower replies. Please inform us whenever you change your email address.

Note. Please remember that Add-in Express licenses all products per developer seat so that any developer using our tool must acquire a separate license regardless of organizational affiliation.
