Hi, a number of my clients are now getting the unknown version error in the Outlook Security manager.
I'm using the latest Dot Net version of the OSM on your download site (dated 9 Dec, 2019)
I'm seeing this for people running Microsoft 365 Apps for business and Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016 (both report the same build of Outlook)
Version 2102 Build 13801.20294 (Click-to-Run)
Microsoft Outlook 2016 MSO (16.0.13801.20240) 32-bit.
I've also got one user who is reporting the unknown version error with Version 2102 (Build 13801.20360 Click-to-Run) of Microsoft 365 Apps for business.
Do you have a time-scale for supporting the above?
Thanks |

Hello Warren,
I've responded to your email from our Support account.
Here's what my email contains:
===
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. My boss gets this situation under special control.
Please understand that we and our products aren?Â?Ð?ét part of the Microsoft development cycle. This is especially true for Insider (Beta) versions that may be released as often as twice a week. In this specific case we had to postpone the build because of a technical issue that our guys are trying to resolve. Unfortunately, there?Â?Ð?és no ETA so far.
I?Â?Ð?éll keep you informed.

Sorry for bringing bad news.
