I am experiencing a similar issue. The task pane created with adxWordTaskPaneManager does not appear in Word.

Hi Andrei, we are experiencing the same issue. adxWordTaskPanesCollection.CurrentTaskPaneInstance is returning null.
We are using Add-In Express for .NET and version 10.2.4714.0

After following your instructions and making some code adjustments, your fix worked. Thank you!

However, the Word task pane issue is significantly impacting all of our largest customers at present. Rolling out a patch to our software is a large ask, and will prove to be a costly proposition for our customers impacting thousands of workstations.

I am requesting that Add-in Express opens a ticket with Microsoft to fix the issue. It would be significantly less costly for our customers if Microsoft addressed the issue and rolled out the fix through their update channel.
