We are on a very old version of Addin Express, and we had allowed our subscriptions to lapse. We're in the process of growing the team that works on our product with the hopes that we can actually upgrade to the latest version, so we purchased additional license. They don't seem to allow us to register the old version we currently need. Can anybody help with this?

Hello John,

Our license keys are version-specific, so the keys that you received for additional licenses can only be used to install versions 10.x and 9.x. To install version 8.x or older, you need other keys. I've sent you an email a few minutes ago to clarify some details. Please reply to that email, and we will create new keys for you to install an older version. Thank you.
