Hello AddinExpress team,

since the latest Outook365 update our customers report a lot problems when Outlook ist starting up. The following error messages is displayed for a lot of users.

The error message seems to appear when the custom task pane is initialized. We had the error message in the past but very rarely. We are using addin express 10.2.4714.0 and we are deploying the IntResource.dll to the install directory as you suggested in other forum posts.

The problem seems to occur on the first outlook startup on a new workday.
Is there a way to debug this issue further?


We got a second issue which may be related. After an MS-Office update on the next Outlook startup, Outlook sometimes crashes leaving the following infos in the windows event log.

The error occurs in the IntResource64.dll and the cause seems to be an OFFICE_MODULE_VERSION_MISMATCH.
