Hi,
My name is Andrei Smolin. I'm the Add-in Express Team Leader. 47 years old (it's 2008 at the moment of writing). I'm an optimist that has been in programming for 25+ years. I spent my early years in FORTRAN and then it was C and Pascal. After that, there was a huge lot of VB6 and VBA (Access, Excel, and Word). I managed to survive in two C# and ASP.NET highly intensive projects. Now the main part of my job is doing technical support, I answer all sorts of questions from our customers by support e-mail and on Add-in Express forums.
I like my work. Helping people is my favorite occupation. I like getting "Thank you very much!" Don't you?
Out of work occupations: reading books on history, physics, biology, and genetics; bringing up my black Labrador retriever - a very good and clever girl; studying English (oral, my written English is pretty good).
